You have errors in report process, don't write vulnerable url into POST data input

Can I write the vulnerable url in Comment section?
and if the url is vulnerable by GET method then what should write in POST data section?Can I leave it for blank?

vulnerable url with get parameters must be in "XSS URL" input
for get requests leave post input empty

In the case if the vulnerable url is work properly in google chrome and firefox Its can't work properly, then the report is acceptable or not?
All of my report is worked properly in chrome.
