Submission Status "Patched" !!!

Hello,
Could you please tell me why some of my submission's status have been changed to Patched without being contacted by the company and when i checked if those issues are really fixed i find that they aren't ?

We have auto check for patch, sometimes this checker make mistakes

In this case what should i do ? Am i still going to be contacted by the company even if the status is patched ? Or ...

Hello Again,
Here is the IDs of the reports, so you could change their status from patched to "on hold".

Should we have a special thread, like Manual Patch and Manual Approval, only for reporting mistakes from auto checker?
