What happens after disclosure

Hi,
I'm new here. I recently report some vulns (private) and I see that there's a disclosure date.
I've a question...what happens when a vuln is disclosed? Is the website owner contacted as the public submission or not?

PS. I've already sent a message to admins but I can't understand why on my public account there are more reports then I've really submitted after I've removed some vulns...is the system unable to trigger theese changes?
