Vulnerability fixed, but still "On Hold"

I'm an owner of the site and I'd fixed the reported vulnerability immediately.
I saw "Vulnerability Fixed" in the timeline after a few days, but the status is still "On Hold".
What does it mean by "On Hold"? On hold for approval by the administrator?
I'd like to know well about this platform. Thanks.

"on hold" means what we don't disclose any details about vulnerability for 30 days

Thank you for your reply. So, after the date of scheduled disclosure, the status will be change to patched, right?
