Recommendations / Authorize OpenBugBounty to use your account?

Hello OBB Admins,

I have a question about the recommendation process.

When I started at OBB I created a handout for the website owners how to give a recommendation.
Today I got the information from a website operator that the rights claimed by the OBB App on the Twitter account do not match with the rights from my handout anymore.
I have compared this briefly and noticed that at that time the app was only able to Read Tweets from your timeline and See who you follow, and follow new people.

Now the app requires the following additional permissions for the registration at OBB
Update your profile.
Post Tweets for you.

Background is the most website operators are unsettled to give such far-reaching permissions to their twitter account for a platform they hadn't known until shortly ago ... and that's why they don't give a recommendation.

Is there a reason why the permissions have been extended ?
