How do I close an openbugbounty???

There is very little control over these "researchers".
We have already experienced multiple breach of our rules: we have seen brute force attacks, sql injection attempts, and multiple emails that come direct to us (avoiding the OBB process). In one case the researcher is demanding money for details of a critical exploit.

I want this to stop now.
