Vengeful reporters

Hi, A hacker or tester (Dipu1A) reported my site.

After fixing an item I reverted it back to him and he confirmed it was fixed,
I told him that I cannot unfortunately reward him financially.
Also I told him I am not interested in having a twitter account which is the only way to apparently leave a comment.
--Which I was now forced somehow to get in any case just to post here..

He then proceeded to open a new report for the same problem he just told me was fixed.

This vengeful tactic is not on, how do I proceed to suggest his profile be reviewed/removed?

I just want to understand what exactly is the essence of the problem ...
- Did you fix the vulnerability?
- What are these reproaches? or yours?

some people do this only the get money.. some people just do it for the self knowledge and some just for fun...
just report the user and the admin will do his thing...
