Public disclosure date issue

It seems that public disclosure date is changed to 'requested patch date' in coordinated disclosure timeline.
Is it intended change?

For example,
I applied for patched status for https://www.openbugbounty.org/reports/191476/.
The public disclosure date changed from 29 April 2018 (last application for patched status) to 3rd May 2018 (latest request for patched status).

Not sure if this is the same issue.

What I have seen is when I apply for patch of already disclosed vulnerability, the public disclosure date (in timelines) changes to the date when patch request is applied.

For example the event below was disclosed way back in 2017, but the public disclosure date was updated to 3rd May 2018
which was date when I applied for patched status.
