Reports lost after reporting for patch

Hi admin,

I had requested following links for patch via 'Verify Patch' button.
Now among them following reports does not exists.

https://www.openbugbounty.org/reports/148345/
https://www.openbugbounty.org/reports/148547/

Also Number of reported vulnerabilities has decreased from around 141 pages of reports to 136 pages.
Could you please check what was the issue?

We are currently implementing a lot of new features for coordinated disclosure and stumbled upon many low-profile websites submitted by you that are still unpatched. These submissions are websites with Alexa > 1.5M and publicly disclosed before 2018 (and still unpatched). In total you have 110 such submission. They don’t really help their website owners apparently.
