Resolved a bug in 24 hours but never get "Fastest Fix" badge

Hi Admin, I have a bug report that was fixed in 16 or 17 hours and I also manually triggered you guys to verify it within the 24 hours time frame. However, I don't see myself getting the "Fastest Fix" badge.

Is there any ways for me to provide evidence to you guys that I have managed to get in contact with the affected company and worked with them to fix the bug within 24 hours?

Same with me. Was fixed in under 3 minutes and it's still "on hold". I don't know how people get that badge..
