Here are the details: While conducting a WHOIS search on the target website, I came upon a concerning discovery - the owner's email address was exposed. Not only that, but it also seems to have been linked to multiple instances of breached accounts associated with this email. My question is, would this be considered a violation according to the standards set by openbugbounty? Your expertise in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I await your response.
