Hello guys,
I don't understand this sentence in the "About" section :
"We do not accept vulnerabilities that can, or are intended to, harm a website, its data or related infrastructure."
How is something a vulnerabilities if it cannot "harm a website, its data or related infrastructure" ?
I honestly don't understand this sentence.
