Confusingly cloned report.

I recently reported an XSS vulnerability, the person who controls the program, has marked my report as cloned, the program does not have any vulnerability reported, and I see no reason why I have marked my report in such away. I think he just gets the reports, sees the vulnerability, rejects them, and he wins. I have already rated the show as lousy. Please, if I'm wrong, or I'm missing information, could you help me with that? I am new to this platform. :(

Oh, I realize they have already reported it, my mistake was not checking the reports from the search field, sorry for the inconvenience. Also, I have seen that they have reported the same vulnerability many times, it is rare that they have not marked as "clone".
