Cant contact the researcher

Around December last year, I received a report from a researcher about a vulnerability in a website I manage.
I contacted their contacts (Email and his WEBsite form) directly to hear more and take action, but no matter how many times I send them, I don't get a reply.
What should I do in such a case?
I'm still new to this project, is it wrong to contact them directly?
If this is left as it is, the deadline will expire and the vulnerability will be opened.
We are in great trouble.
