Closing account and leaving the program

I received an unsolicited email notification about a bug last week, and so I signed up for an account. Since then, it seems that our site has been under attack! Apparently it's now "open season" on our server, as "white hat hackers" from around the world descend upon our website to try and take it down (in order to "help" us, of course)!

How do I make this stop? I have removed the Security.txt file and I tried to remove the site from my profile. What else do I need to do to make this stop?!
