Glitch on PM Message

I found a bug in your forum, when I send private direct messages to the admin it remains in Outbox, when the admin reads the message it simply disappears from the messages sent, stopping nowhere.
Yesterday I sent a PM to the admin asking him to see the pending posts on the blog, today I checked in to see if there was any feedback and noticed that the message was missing
