which vulnerability type choose on OBB website to submit SQLi?

Hi,
I try to submit a report about a SQLInjection.
But my report is rejected : "Wrong vulnerability type".
Normal, only Xss,CSRF,OpenRedirect, .. type are present and not SQL Injection.
Someone could help me to submit my report to notify the website owner, please ?
