Just wondering what the consensus is on submissions.

Public seems to offer the most benefits to a researcher and Private more to the website owner.

Can Private submissions be turned public and Vice Versa?

As a security research how do you prefer to submit?

I always offer to set submissions as Private, but not all website owners interested.
Some of them OK with Public.

Public can be set to Private by contacting OBB, but I think not vice versa, except website owners agree to set the submission as Public.

I prefer Public. If a website owner wish to set the submission as Private or to delete the submission, then I contact OBB to set it as Private.
