[Suggestion] I suggest idea for OBB.

Hi, Admin.
I would like to some suggest.

1. For easier communication about rejected report.
Communication between the researchers and OBB for the rejected report is very inconvenient.
It can just via only email.
So, as like Approved reports, will be easier to communicate if researchers and website owner and OBB can view the contents and comment on them for rejected reports.

2. To make the report easier to understand.
Please allow screenshots to be attached when submitting a report.

3. More than more beautify my reports.
Please make my report appear as an html document. Currently it is only displayed in textarea. It's very inconvenient to see my old report because it doesn't have html tag applied.
