Could you prioritize "Incorrect Patch Thread" rather than "Manual Approval" and "Manual Patch"?

How if the results from the checker must be approved by the Submitter first before marked as "Patched"?
If not approved by the Submitter, the status is still as-is, either "On Hold" or "Unpatched".
