Unable to submit bounty program?

Hi,
i'm not really new to this site, i've been a patcher a few times but now i'm on the other side of the barricade: i've setted up a site and i need penetration testing
That said, the bounty program submit form looks like closed to me, i'm unable to use any of the input fields. No problems if i try to submit a bug tho...

..is the bounty program temporarily disabled or i have got a problem with my browser(s)?

Ahhh, i see.. researchers and website owners account are separated and you cannot submit a site as a researcher.
