Jira export/integration?

On the preference page it's advertised that there is an export to tracking systems, but how to set up this, especially for Jira?
For website owners, we provide vulnerability data export option to the following SDLC, DevOps and bug tracking systems: Bugzilla, Splunk, JIRA, Mantis
