hidden report with automatic notification

Dear Team,
can we somehow make the "hidden" report also able to use the notification feature? I've got some bugs I want to handle on OBB with use of the notification framework.
I think in this case it would be okay to send the "secret" link instead of the public to the contact but not having the report public available.
Contacting on my own would probably not be successful and a public report is unwanted by the company.

We send notification emails for private reports only if owner create program on obb

and that's exactly what my sugguestion should improve
the notification framework would make it easier even for "hidden" reports.
