Triager misunderstanding my bugs

There are instances where the OBB triager misunderstands my bugs for instance if i can access the AWS bucket then they marked the website unavailable - it didnt concern the website. Often the problem I face are many bugs I reported have been closed as invalid but the reality is they are valid and it wont let me go in and check them. Being able to recheck yourself lets us also manually request to patch it more accurately as we can confirm if its no longer vulnerable ourselves.
