Not clone (duplicate)

I sent a report (702277) and your status was clone.

Checking the clones, we have:

644959 (patched)
612966 (unpatched - payload not works)
210080 (patched - but payload works)

The case of my report (702277) is different from this one 210080, it is not duplicate..

Could you please review this?

Edit: my report (702277) is the same as that 644959 (patched), but with a new payload.
