patched or on hold?

i submitted vulnerabilities to 2 different companies and when i check on my profile theyre on hold but when i check open bug bounty submissions theyre patched? is it just a delay or did i miss something important?

In order to give website owners appropriate time to remediate the vulnerability without putting any undue pressure on them, technical details can be disclosed only in 90 days from the original submission, or in 30 days if the vulnerability is patched.
