Patched Vulnerabilities

I found an open redirect affecting software used by many UK universities, since then and within the time frame I gave each report the vulnerability was patched.

However, upon asking for each fix to be verified, it was not marked as patched (i.e. the "Verification in Progress" text went but the incident was still marked as "unpatched").

Are these still in queue to be reviewed or were they overlooked?
