I recently submitted a bug for the website sankakucomplex.com, but was greeted with a message stating:

for general audience. Thus, the vulnerability has pretty low chances to be fixed. Therefore, the submission 
after manual verification will likely be declined. If you strongly and undoubtedly believe that this is an 
error and the vulnerability must be fixed, and will be fixed, please mention this submission in the forum.

There is one previous bug reported on sankakucomplex that is on openbugbounty, so I do not see why this should not be fixed. Granted, there was a two-year gap between the report and fix, but still...https://www.openbugbounty.org/reports/151893/
