How to resolve

In the past we got two submissions 3205858 and 2074141.
Both websites shut down or where replaced with a other service.
But both entries are set to "unpatched" in OBB.
How can I delete or set it to "Patched" both entries if both vulnerabilities can't reproduced on the website now?
