Rejected submission

I don't understand the problem in this platform i almost submit 50 plus submission only 3 was accepted , I dont know how they are analysis , even one of the vulnerability that i was submitted and open bug bounty rejected when i directly email to the company they accepted . can someone advise what is the issue ?
