Reports still in "manual checking".???

This is my first time using this platform as i usually use bugcrowd and hackerONE. so far this isn't looking good. its been stuck in Manual checking for almost a week. these are really simple bugs to recreate so i dont understand what the hold up is. Can anyone help. I am not going to submit any more of the 30 plus bugs ive found until this is resolved. I will report them directly to the client instead.
