About Burp Suite installation

Dear all,
From last two days, I struct in error while configuring SSL certificates in firefox with Burp Suite Professional v1.5.01.
I had gone through almost all videos on internet but didn't found any solution.so If any one who is specialist in that please help me by fixing this error.
Please comment if anyone interested I will message you my TeamViewer Id and Password to accesss my pc remotely.

SSL certs and Burp can be a bit tricky because the point of TLS is to be end-to-end encryption. Can you provide more info?
