Guidance to what report as IAC

Hello ,
I just want some guidance on reporting vulnerabilities on openbugbounty.
As the xmlrpc.php & phpinfo.php are considered as Wrong Vulnerability type.
So what should we have to report under Improper Access Control ?
Please guide me.
