Submission WRONGLY rejected due to "website not accessible" - Remediation?

Hello everyone!
New joiner of this community and I am quite amazed my first submission was rejected despite being valid - good start openbugbounty
The URL is indeed accessible either via burp or simply via curl, hence the submission is valid.
How should I report this "small" particular to the people behind openbugbounty who validates submissions?
I even specified it in the comment section of the report itself!
I have quite a lengthy list of reports to submit and it would be a waste a time and also a let down if they will all be refused because the people behind validation don't bother using curl.
PS: I find it quite restrictive the unavailability to report other type of vulnerabilities not mentioned in the drop down menu, doesn't look promising at all.. feels very restrictive
