Not receiving mails from website owners

Hi,
Since a past few days I am not receiving any emails from the website owners. Is there any reason behind it ?

Website owners don't write you, this is only possible reason

When I first started using this platform, I would make less submissions and receive more responses (sometimes 10+ per day).
Now I am reporting many issues and not receiving a single response.
