Inquiry about the badge and one report

Hello Admin,
I have an inquiry about the badge! I had reported 2 vulnerabilities
1. Report ID: OBB-1696094
2.Report ID: OBB-1638961
These two reports were patched within 24 hours, but still I haven't unlocked the badge for Fastest Fix yet. Please do look into this matter.
The second query is about a vulnerability report which has been patched, but when I am sending it for verifying the patch it is always showing unpatched.
Report ID: OBB-1481433
Please look into it, it has been already patched. I guess it is because the owner withdraw the program once it was patched so please look into it.
