Rejected as Site Not Accessible?

Hello,
I reported an xss with roosterroots.nl and have screenshots to show it. I reported it last night as ID1464411 and you have put it as Website Not Accessible. To me the site is still visible and can perform the same xss that I originally reported. Why is the only option to delete a report when you reject it? I have tried resubmitting but someone else has now reported the same problem after me.
