duplicated bug?

Hi admin! I have experienced two issues in this platform today which I found very annoying.

1. In a target in the disclosure program in OPENBUGBOUNTY, it shown that 0 report submitted. But the XSS bug I found and submitted kept prompting someone has submitted it and same bug cannot be submitted within 24 hours.

2. Similar to above, I have seen another program that showing only 1 report was submitted, whilst I found 2 XSS bugs in 2 different areas. I submitted both. Both prompting someone submitted same bug.

I find it quite annoying as I couldn't submit anything and it doesn't make any sense. I have attached my first scenario for your reference.

I think the duplicate process can be done in verification stage instead of stopping me to submit bugs in this platform. Thanks!
