"Website is not accessible"

Hello, I recently submitted a vulnerability and after a few minutes it was rejected with the message "Website is not accessible". Any reasoning behind this? I can confirm myself that the website was up for the entire time I was waiting for the report to process. Thanks in advance. (The submission ID is 1248939)
