I'm sorry anyway if I for not being able to understand it.

So, I tried to see the difference between public and private submission at OBB. Tried the feature and also read some of guide at the site. Can I assume if OBB still trying to made a contact to the website owner although we setup our report to private?

In short, can I assume if the difference between public and private are:

• on public, any people can see the affected website (even without the technical explanation)

• on private, only the researcher, OBB, and website owner that know the affected website. In this case, although it was set to private, OBB still trying to contact the website owner (not the researcher that try to contact, but OBB still help it to contact).

Or at private submission, researcher still should contact it manually to the website owner?

OBB don't send any notification emails for private submissions

So, is it possible for changing some of the submission from private to public (without technical details) to get the help of sending notification emails to the website owner? Or better to re-submit it all with public submission.
