Website not available

Hey guys,
For some reason my submission: 1106436 was rejected (for the second time now) because of that message. But I'm can definitely run the xss popup on the website easily from my pc (both from my network connection and tor)

Can you please check this issue?

I also get some error sometime and my website gets unavailable. I don't know the reason why it gets unavailable. If anybody has any solution, please let me know.
