"Website is not accessible" but when manually check everything is fine. Could you please help?

In this report I reported a pretty common xss, yet the result of the submission says rejected because "Website is not accessible".
but
If you check manually, the xss is present and the alert box pops ups, with no connection problems.
Could you please check it?
