Issue flags mismatch between search and notifications

OBB-951623 and OBB-836683 are listed as "On Hold" in "Latest Submissions" and search results, while they are listed as "Patched" in my "Notifications".
Do they need to be flagged as "Patched" in multiple places? Is this intended since they are still not publicly disclosed?
